Chia Seed Breakfast Bowl

This can be partially made the night before which is lovely! Then top with whatever floats your boat in the morning. Keeps you full and helps your stool 😜.

 

Ingredients:
- 4 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup plant based milk (I used Ripple unsweetened)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 10 raspberries
- 1/2 Tbsp gogi berries
- 1/4 tsp bee pollen
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 tsp hemp seeds
- drizzle maple syrup or honey on top.

 

Directions:
- One hour to overnight mix 4 tablespoons of Chia seeds with one cup of plant-based milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup in mason jar with lad. Shake well.
- In the morning top with the remaining ingredients and enjoy!



This is a perfect breakfast really. Packed with super foods.
